منظمة الدرع العالمية تدين القصف الاسرائيلي والتوغل في اراضي جنوب سوريا

اننا في منظمة الدرع الدولية باشد العبارات العربدة الاسرائيلية المتمثلة في القصف الجوي والتوغل العسكري في اراضي جنوب سوريا معتبرة ان هذه الاعتداءات تشكل انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي الانساني واعتداء سافرا على سيادة دولة مستقلة وعضو في الامم المتحدة

ان الهجمات المتكررة التي تنفذها اسرائيل على الاراضي السورية تعكس نهجا عدوانيا مستمرا يسعى الى تاجيج التوترات الاقليمية وزعزعة الاستقرار في المنطقة وتؤكد المنظمة ان هذه الاعتداءات تضاف الى السجل الاسود لانتهاكات اسرائيل والتي تشمل الجرائم المرتكبة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني وعلى راسها جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الانسانية التي ترتكب يوميا في قطاع غزة

انتهاك القانون الدولي وخرق سيادة الدول
تؤكد منظمة الدرع الدولية ان اي عملية عسكرية داخل حدود دولة ذات سيادة دون تفويض من الامم المتحدة او اتفاق قانوني مشترك تعتبر جريمة عدوان وفقا للقانون الدولي كما ان القصف الاسرائيلي المتكرر على الاراضي السورية يعد خرقا لميثاق الامم المتحدة الذي ينص على احترام سيادة الدول وعدم التدخل في شؤونها الداخلية

تستخدم اسرائيل سياسة الهجمات العسكرية كاداة لتحقيق اهداف سياسية ضيقة مستغلة الصمت الدولي والتراخي في تطبيق القوانين الدولية عليها ان استمرار هذا النهج العدواني يعزز حالة عدم الاستقرار الاقليمي ويدفع المنطقة نحو المزيد من الصراعات والحروب

مسؤولية المجتمع الدولي في وقف الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية
تحذر منظمة الدرع الدولية من خطورة استمرار هذه الاعتداءات دون محاسبة وتطالب المجتمع الدولي بما في ذلك الامم المتحدة ومجلس الامن باتخاذ اجراءات عاجلة لوقف العدوان الاسرائيلي المستمر كما تدعو المنظمة الدول الكبرى الى الكف عن سياسة الكيل بمكيالين في التعامل مع الانتهاكات الاسرائيلية وضرورة فرض عقوبات رادعة على اسرائيل لوقف اعمالها العدائية

تحذير من تصعيد جديد في المنطقة
ان هذه الهجمات الاسرائيلية ليست فقط انتهاكا للسيادة السورية بل هي محاولة واضحة لتوسيع رقعة الصراع في المنطقة خاصة في ظل الوضع المتفجر في فلسطين حيث تستمر اسرائيل في ارتكاب جرائم ابادة جماعية ضد المدنيين في قطاع غزة ويبدو ان رئيس الوزراء الاسرائيلي المطلوب دوليا بارتكاب جرائم حرب يسعى الى تصدير ازماته الداخلية من خلال افتعال صراعات جديدة في المنطقة

دعوة الى التضامن الدولي
تدعو منظمة الدرع الدولية جميع المنظمات الحقوقية والانسانية حول العالم الى التحرك العاجل لوقف هذا العدوان المتكرر كما تحث الحكومات والمؤسسات الدولية على اتخاذ خطوات ملموسة لوقف الجرائم الاسرائيلية وضمان محاسبة المسؤولين عنها امام المحاكم الدولية

ان استمرار اسرائيل في انتهاك القوانين الدولية دون رادع هو تهديد مباشر للامن والسلم الدوليين وهو ما يستوجب موقفا عالميا حاسما لوضع حد لهذه السياسات العدوانية

These attacks represent a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and a flagrant assault on the sovereignty of an independent state and a member of the United Nations.

The repeated Israeli attacks on Syrian lands reflect an ongoing aggressive approach aimed at fueling regional tensions and destabilizing the area. The organization emphasizes that these assaults add to Israel’s dark record of violations, including crimes committed against the Palestinian people, particularly the war crimes and crimes against humanity that are perpetrated daily in the Gaza Strip.

Violation of International Law and Breach of State Sovereignty The International Shield Organization asserts that any military operation within the borders of a sovereign state without United Nations authorization or a legal mutual agreement constitutes an act of aggression under international law. The repeated Israeli bombing of Syrian territory violates the United Nations Charter, which stipulates respect for state sovereignty and non-interference in internal affairs.

Israel uses military attacks as a tool to achieve narrow political goals, exploiting international silence and the failure to enforce international laws against it. This ongoing aggressive approach intensifies regional instability and pushes the region toward more conflicts and wars.
