تعيش غزة اليوم واحدة من أحلك اللحظات في تاريخها، ليس فقط بسبب القصف المستمر، بل تحت سطوة الجوع والموت البطيء. ففي الوقت الذي تُمطر فيه الطائرات الإسرائيلية قطاع غزة بصواريخ الدمار، ويئن الأطفال تحت الركام، وتُدفن العائلات بأكملها تحت أنقاض منازلها، يبدو أن الإنسانية قد فقدت صوتها. المجتمع الدولي يقف عاجزًا، ويصمّ أذنيه عن صرخات الأبرياء، متواطئًا بصمته، أو مشاركًا بدعمه السياسي والعسكري لآلة القتل.

تشير الأرقام إلى أن 93% من سكان القطاع يعانون من الجوع، وربعهم يعيشون على حافة المجاعة التامة. هذا الرقم، وإن بدا مجرد إحصائية في تقارير دولية، هو في الحقيقة مشهد يومي ينعكس في عيون الأطفال الغائرة، وفي الأجساد المنهكة للأمهات، وفي صمت الشيوخ الذين سئموا الانتظار وطرق أبواب النجاة. العائلات تضطر إلى بيع ما تبقى من أثاث منازلها مقابل وجبة تسد الجوع، فيما تُترك النساء الحوامل والمرضعات دون أي رعاية، يواجهن مصيرًا مجهولًا.

حوالي 335 ألف طفل دون سن الخامسة مهددون بسوء التغذية الحاد والتقزم، وهو جيل يُنتزع منه مستقبله أمام أنظار عالم يتجاهل المأساة. في غزة، لم يعد السؤال كيف نعيش، بل كيف لا نموت. فالموت لا يأتي فقط من القصف، بل من فراغ الأطباق، ومن شحّ الأدوية، ومن المياه الملوثة التي تُشرب قسرًا.

القطاع الصحي في حالة انهيار شبه تام. المستشفيات بالكاد تعمل، الأدوية شبه مفقودة، والكهرباء مقطوعة. الجرحى يموتون أمام أبواب الطوارئ، والمرضى لا يجدون سبيلًا للعلاج. لقد أصبحت أجساد الناس الضعيفة تنتظر معجزة، أو ربما فقط وقفة ضمير من عالم يدّعي الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان.

سقطت كل الشعارات: العدالة، الحرية، حقوق الإنسان، وحتى مفهوم المجتمع الدولي. الدعم الأمريكي غير المشروط لإسرائيل، سواء على المستوى الدبلوماسي أو العسكري، لم يكن فقط تغطية للجرائم المرتكبة، بل مشاركة مباشرة في الإبادة.

إلى متى سيستمر هذا العار؟ إلى متى سيظل العالم يبرر المجازر تحت ذريعة “حق الدفاع”؟ كيف يمكن لغزة أن تظل وحدها في مواجهة آلة حرب متوحشة، بينما يتم اتهام كل من يتعاطف مع الشعب الفلسطيني بأنه معادٍ للسامية؟ إلى متى سيستمر هذا الانحياز الأخلاقي والسياسي، وتبقى غزة ساحة اختبار لصبر شعب ولسكوت أمة كاملة؟

نحن في منظمة الدرع الدولية نرفع صوتنا عاليا، ونطالب بوقف فوري لإطلاق النار، وفتح الممرات الإنسانية دون قيد أو شرط. يجب السماح بتدفق قوافل الغذاء والدواء، ورفع القيود عن المساعدات الإنسانية فورا. كما يجب محاسبة كل من تسبب وساهم في تجويع الأبرياء، وملاحقة المسؤولين عن هذه الجرائم بحق المدنيين.

غزة لا تطلب أكثر من حقها في الحياة. ما يجري هناك ليس مجرد أزمة إنسانية، بل جريمة مستمرة في وضح النهار، يرتكبها البعض ويتواطأ معها آخرون بالصمت أو بالتحريض.

الصمت اليوم لم يعد محايدا، بل أصبح شريكا مباشرا في الجريمة.

Gaza Is Being Silently Exterminated: Hunger Is Devouring Innocents, Diseases Are Ravaging Children, Amidst Disgraceful International and Regional Silence

Gaza is currently experiencing one of the darkest moments in its history—not only under the relentless bombardment but also under the crushing weight of hunger and slow death. While Israeli warplanes rain down destruction on the Gaza Strip, children groan beneath the rubble, and entire families are buried under the ruins of their homes, humanity seems to have lost its voice. The international community stands paralyzed, deaf to the cries of the innocent, complicit through silence—or worse, through political and military support for the ongoing machinery of death.

Statistics reveal that 93% of Gaza’s population is suffering from unprecedented levels of hunger, with a quarter of them on the verge of full-scale famine. These figures are not just numbers in a report—they are visible in the sunken eyes of children, in the exhausted bodies of mothers, and in the silent despair of elders who have long stopped hoping for relief. Families are forced to sell the last remnants of their household furniture in exchange for a meal barely sufficient to quiet the cries of hunger. Pregnant and nursing women are left to face an unknown fate, with no nutrition and no care.

Around 335,000 children under the age of five are at risk of stunted growth and severe malnutrition. This generation—barely beginning its life—is being stripped of its future before the very eyes of a world that continues to look away. In Gaza, the question is no longer how to live, but how not to die. Death now comes not only from the sky, but from empty plates, from the lack of medicine, and from polluted water that must be consumed out of necessity, not choice.

The healthcare system is on the brink of total collapse. Hospitals are barely functioning. Medicines are almost nonexistent. Electricity is cut off. The wounded die at hospital gates, and the sick have no access to treatment. The weakened bodies of civilians now wait for a miracle—or at the very least, a moment of conscience from a world that still claims to stand for human rights.

All slogans have crumbled—justice, freedom, human rights, even the concept of the “international community.” The United States’ unconditional support for Israel—diplomatically and militarily—is not merely a shield for ongoing crimes, but a form of direct participation in the acts of extermination.

How long will this disgrace continue?
How long will the world continue to justify massacres under the pretext of “self-defense”?
How can Gaza be left alone to face this brutal war machine, while anyone expressing sympathy for the Palestinian people is labeled antisemitic?
How long will this moral and political bias persist, while Gaza remains a testing ground for the patience of its people and the silence of an entire global community?

We, at the International Shield Organization, raise our voice in outrage and demand:

• An immediate and unconditional ceasefire

• The urgent opening of humanitarian corridors

• The unrestricted flow of food and medical aid

• The lifting of all barriers to humanitarian relief

• The accountability of all those who have contributed to starving civilians and the prosecution of those responsible for crimes against them

Gaza is not asking for pity—only for the basic right to live.
What is happening there is not merely a humanitarian crisis. It is a deliberate, ongoing crime, committed in broad daylight—by some and condoned by others through silence or complicity.

Today, silence is no longer neutral.
It has become a direct partner in the crime.
