إننا في منظمة الدرع الدولية ندين بأشد العبارات العدوان الإسرائيلي الغاشم على الأراضي السورية، ونؤكد أن هذه الاعتداءات تمثل خرقًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي، وانتهاكًا ممنهجًا لسيادة الدول ومبادئ ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

العدوان الإسرائيلي: انتهاك للقانون الدولي وتهديد للأمن الإقليمي
لقد أقدمت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على اقتحام الأراضي السورية وارتكاب أعمال عدوانية ممنهجة، مستغلةً الوضع الداخلي الصعب الذي يمر به الشعب السوري.

وفي ظل استعادة الشعب السوري للسيطرة على أراضيه وبناء مؤسساته، شنت إسرائيل مئات الغارات الجوية على الأراضي السورية،واحتلت عدة قرى في جنوب سوريا، مستهترةً بسيادة الدولة السورية ومتجاهلةً القوانين الدولية التي تجرم مثل هذه الأعمال العدوانية.

هذا النهج الإسرائيلي لا يعكس سوى سياسة عدوانية تهدف إلى زعزعة استقرار المنطقة، حيث تأتي هذه الهجمات كجزء من استراتيجية ممنهجة لعرقلة الجهود المحلية والإقليمية لإعادة الإعمار وتحقيق الاستقرار.

هذه الانتهاكات تعد خرقًا صارخًا لمبادئ القانون الدولي، وتتنافى مع الالتزامات الدولية التي تطالب الدول باحترام سيادة الدول الأخرى، وأهمها:

القرار 242: الذي يطالب بالانسحاب الكامل من الأراضي المحتلة.
القرار 338: الذي يدعو إلى التنفيذ الفوري لقرار 242.
علاوة على ذلك، تُعد هذه الاعتداءات تهديدًا مباشرًا للأمن والسلم الإقليميين، وتُفاقم من معاناة الشعب السوري الذي يطمح للعيش بسلام بعد سنوات من الصراع.

مطالبنا العاجلة للمجتمع الدولي
انطلاقًا من مسؤوليتنا الحقوقية والإنسانية، نؤكد في منظمة الدرع الدولية على المطالب التالية:

وقف فوري للعدوان:
ندعو الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن الدولي إلى اتخاذ خطوات عاجلة لوقف الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية على الأراضي السورية، وضمان احترام القانون الدولي.

محاسبة الاحتلال:
نطالب بفرض عقوبات دولية صارمة على إسرائيل لردعها عن استمرار سياساتها العدوانية ضد الشعوب وسيادة الدول.

دعم حقوق الشعب السوري:
نؤكد تضامننا الكامل مع الشعب السوري في نضاله المشروع لحماية أراضيه واستعادة سيادته على جميع المناطق المحتلة.

توثيق الجرائم:
ندعو المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية إلى توثيق الجرائم الإسرائيلية والعمل على تقديم دعم قانوني وإنساني للضحايا، لضمان عدم إفلات المعتدين من العقاب.

رسالتنا للمجتمع الدولي: الصمت ليس خيارًا
إن تجاهل هذه الانتهاكات سيزيد من زعزعة الأمن الإقليمي ويعطي إسرائيل الضوء الأخضر لمواصلة سياساتها التوسعية. يجب على المجتمع الدولي إدراك أن التخاذل عن حماية الشعوب المستضعفة يُسهم في تعميق الأزمات الإنسانية والسياسية في المنطقة.

At Shield International Organization, we vehemently condemn the blatant Israeli aggression against Syrian territory. These attacks constitute a flagrant violation of international law and a systematic assault on the sovereignty of nations and the principles of the United Nations Charter.

Israeli Aggression: A Violation of International Law and Regional Security

The Israeli occupation forces have carried out systematic acts of aggression against Syrian territory, exploiting the difficult internal situation faced by the Syrian people.
Amid Syria’s efforts to regain control over its territories and rebuild its institutions, Israel has launched hundreds of airstrikes on Syrian lands and occupied several villages in southern Syria, brazenly disregarding Syria’s sovereignty and defying international laws that criminalize such acts.

This aggressive approach reflects an Israeli policy aimed at destabilizing the region. These attacks are part of a systematic strategy to undermine local and regional efforts for reconstruction and stability.

These violations are egregious breaches of international law principles and are in direct contradiction to international commitments requiring nations to respect the sovereignty of other states, including:

• UN Resolution 242: Demanding full withdrawal from occupied territories.
• UN Resolution 338: Calling for the immediate implementation of Resolution 242.

Moreover, these aggressions pose a direct threat to regional peace and security, further exacerbating the suffering of the Syrian people, who aspire to live in peace after years of conflict.

Our Urgent Demands to the International Community

As part of our human rights and humanitarian responsibility, Shield International Organization emphasizes the following demands:

1. Immediate Cessation of Aggression:
   We call on the United Nations and the Security Council to take urgent steps to halt Israeli attacks on Syrian territory and to ensure adherence to international law.
2. Holding the Occupation Accountable:
   We demand the imposition of strict international sanctions on Israel to deter its continued aggressive policies against peoples and state sovereignty.
3. Support for the Syrian People’s Rights:
   We affirm our full solidarity with the Syrian people in their legitimate struggle to protect their lands and regain sovereignty over all occupied areas.
4. Documenting Crimes:
   We urge human rights and humanitarian organizations to document Israeli crimes and provide legal and humanitarian support to the victims, ensuring that perpetrators are brought to justice.

Our Message to the International Community: Silence is Not an Option

Ignoring these violations will further destabilize regional security and grant Israel a green light to continue its expansionist policies. The international community must realize that failing to protect vulnerable peoples contributes to deepening humanitarian and political crises in the region.
