في ظل التحديات المتسارعة التي يشهدها عالمنا اليوم ومع تزايد هيمنة النخب العالمية واستفحال التضليل الإعلامي وتهميش القانون الدولي ترفع منظمة الدرع الدولية صوتها عاليًا وتناشد كل الشرفاء في العالم من حقوقيين وصحفيين وإعلاميين ومدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان للوقوف بحزم في معركة الوعي معركة الإنسانية
إن الحقيقة اليوم باتت أسيرة حملات ممنهجة من التشويه والتعتيم حيث تستخدم وسائل الإعلام والأدوات الرقمية لتوجيه الرأي العام وفق أجندات محددة تخفي الواقع وتشوه الحقائق أمام هذا المشهد القاتم تبرز الحاجة الماسة إلى صوت حر إلى قلم لا ينحني إلى إعلام لا يخضع وإلى مدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان لا ترهبهم حملات التشويه والترهيب
نشاهد الآن الصراعات المصتنعة والقتل العمد والإبادة الجماعية والتهجير والفقر المنتشر حول العالم والانحلال الأخلاقي وزيادة أعداد المهاجرين الذين يبحثون عن الأمان والحياة الكريمة في ظل أوضاع دولية غير مستقرة كل هذا يحدث أمام أعيننا بينما يقف العالم في كثير من الأحيان متفرجًا أو صامتًا
إن معركة الوعي ليست خيارًا بل هي واجب أخلاقي وإنساني فلا يمكن أن نقف صامتين إزاء الظلم والاستبداد والتضليل الذي يهدد قيم العدالة والحرية إن كل صحفي يكتب الحقيقة وكل إعلامي ينقل الوقائع بصدق وكل حقوقي يدافع عن المظلومين هو جندي في هذه المعركة المقدسة
ندعوكم اليوم إلى التكاتف إلى كشف الحقائق إلى كسر حاجز الصمت وإلى دعم كل الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق العدالة وصون حقوق الإنسان فلنعمل معًا من أجل عالم أكثر وعيًا وأكثر إنصافًا وأكثر إنسانية

A Call to Human Rights Advocates, Journalists, Media Professionals, and Defenders of Human Dignity—and to All Free People of the World

In light of the accelerating challenges our world is witnessing today—amid the growing dominance of global elites, the intensifying media disinformation, and the marginalization of international law—The International Shield Organization raises its voice and calls upon all honorable individuals around the world: human rights advocates, journalists, media professionals, and defenders of human dignity, to stand firmly in the battle of awareness, the battle of humanity.

Today, truth has become a prisoner of systematic campaigns of distortion and blackout. Media outlets and digital tools are being used to shape public opinion according to specific agendas that conceal reality and distort facts. In the face of this bleak scene, the urgent need arises for a free voice, for pens that do not bend, for media that does not submit, and for human rights defenders who are not intimidated by smear campaigns and threats.

We are witnessing artificial conflicts, deliberate killings, genocide, forced displacement, widespread poverty, moral decay, and the increasing number of migrants seeking safety and dignified life—all under unstable international conditions. All of this is happening before our very eyes while the world often stands by, either as a silent observer or in complete apathy.

The battle of awareness is not a choice—it is a moral and humanitarian duty. We cannot remain silent in the face of injustice, tyranny, and the disinformation that threatens the values of justice and freedom. Every journalist who writes the truth, every media professional who conveys facts honestly, and every human rights advocate who defends the oppressed—is a soldier in this sacred battle.

We call upon you today to unite, to expose the truth, to break the barrier of silence, and to support all efforts aimed at achieving justice and preserving human rights. Let us work together for a world that is more aware, more just, and more humane.
