تعد قضية اللاجئين الفلسطينيين من أكثر القضايا تعقيدا واستمرارا في التاريخ الحديث، حيث يعيش أكثر من سبعة ملايين لاجئ فلسطيني في دول الجوار ومختلف بلدان الشتات، منتظرين تطبيق قرارات الأمم المتحدة التي تضمن لهم حق العودة إلى ديارهم التي هجروا منها قسرا منذ نكبة عام 1948. ورغم مرور أكثر من سبعة عقود، لا يزال هذا الحق معلقا، وسط تجاهل المجتمع الدولي للمعاناة الحقيقية التي يواجهها الشعب الفلسطيني.
في هذا السياق، ومنذ الأسبوع الأول لتوليه منصب الرئاسة، اقترح الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ترحيل الفلسطينيين من غزة وتوطينهم في مصر والأردن، بحجة أن غزة “مكان غير صالح للعيش”، متجاهلا الجرائم التي ارتكبها الجيش الإسرائيلي في القطاع، والتي بلغت حد الإبادة الجماعية. جاء هذا الطرح ليعمق من معاناة الفلسطينيين، متجاوزا بذلك كافة القرارات الدولية التي تؤكد على حق اللاجئين في العودة وتقرير المصير.
لم يكن هذا مجرد موقف سياسي، بل شكل انتهاكا صارخا للقوانين الدولية وحقوق الإنسان، مما دفع منظمة الدرع العالمية لحقوق الإنسان إلى إصدار بيان شديد اللهجة، تطالب فيه المجتمع الدولي بضرورة احترام وتنفيذ قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية، وعلى رأسها القرار رقم 194، الذي ينص بوضوح على حق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في العودة إلى ديارهم وتعويضهم عن الأضرار التي لحقت بهم.
حق العودة: حق قانوني وإنساني
حق العودة ليس مجرد مطلب سياسي، بل هو حق قانوني راسخ في قرارات الشرعية الدولية، وخاصة القرار 194 الصادر عن الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة عام 1948، والذي أكد على ضرورة السماح للاجئين الفلسطينيين بالعودة إلى ديارهم. هذا الحق غير قابل للتفاوض أو السقوط بالتقادم، فهو مرتبط بجوهر العدالة وحقوق الإنسان.
تاريخيا، حاولت إسرائيل منذ قيامها التنصل من هذا القرار، مستفيدة من الدعم السياسي والعسكري الذي تتلقاه من قوى كبرى مثل الولايات المتحدة. ومع ذلك، لم تتوقف المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية، بما في ذلك منظمة الدرع العالمية، عن المطالبة بتطبيق هذا القرار كجزء أساسي من أي تسوية عادلة وشاملة للقضية الفلسطينية.
لقد رحل جيل النكبة، الذي شهد مأساة التهجير وفقدان الوطن، لكن الأجيال التي تليه لم تنسَ، ولا تزال تحتفظ بمفاتيح البيوت التي هُدمت والقرى التي دُمرت. هؤلاء اللاجئون لم يتخلوا عن حقهم، بل واصلوا النضال السلمي والقانوني في المحافل الدولية، مؤكدين أن العودة إلى أرضهم ليست مجرد حلم، بل حق مشروع لا يمكن طمسه أو التنازل عنه.
تؤكد منظمة الدرع العالمية أن استمرار الاحتلال الإسرائيلي هو السبب الرئيسي لحالة الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط. فسياسة القمع والحصار والاستيطان التي تنتهجها إسرائيل، بدعم بعض القوى الكبرى، هي الوقود الحقيقي للصراعات في المنطقة، ومصدر دائم للتوتر والاضطراب.
مطالب منظمة الدرع العالمية
في ظل استمرار الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية وتخاذل المجتمع الدولي، تطالب منظمة الدرع العالمية بضرورة تنفيذ قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالقضية الفلسطينية، وعلى رأسها القرار 194، لضمان حق اللاجئين في العودة. كما تدعو إلى:
محاسبة إسرائيل على الجرائم المرتكبة ضد المدنيين الفلسطينيين، بما في ذلك جرائم الحرب والانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.
رفع الحصار عن قطاع غزة فورا، وتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية العاجلة للسكان المتضررين من الحصار والمجاعة.
تعزيز الجهود الدبلوماسية لدعم القضية الفلسطينية على المستوى الدولي، وضمان عدم تصفية حقوق الفلسطينيين عبر اتفاقيات غير عادلة.
دعم صمود اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في مخيمات اللجوء ودول الشتات، وتوفير الحماية الدولية لهم.
إن مقترح ترامب بترحيل الفلسطينيين من غزة ليس سوى محاولة جديدة لتصفية القضية الفلسطينية وطمس حقوق شعب بأكمله. لكن ما يغيب عن صانعي هذه السياسات هو أن الحق الفلسطيني ليس مجرد قضية سياسية عابرة، بل هو قضية عدالة إنسانية لا يمكن محوها بمواقف جائرة أو تسويات ظالمة.
ستبقى منظمة الدرع العالمية، ومعها كل المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، صامدة في وجه الظلم، ترفع صوت الحق في المحافل الدولية، وتذكّر العالم بأن هناك شعبا لم يفقد الأمل يوما في العودة إلى أرضه. ومهما طال الزمن، ستنتصر العدالة في النهاية.

The Palestinian refugee issue remains one of the most complex and enduring crises in modern history. More than seven million Palestinian refugees live in neighboring countries and various parts of the diaspora, awaiting the implementation of United Nations resolutions that guarantee their right to return to their homeland, from which they were forcibly displaced during the Nakba of 1948. Despite more than seven decades having passed, this right remains unfulfilled, while the international community continues to turn a blind eye to the real suffering of the Palestinian people.
In this context, and from his first week in office, U.S. President Donald Trump proposed the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and their resettlement in Egypt and Jordan, under the pretext that Gaza is an “unlivable place.” He conveniently ignored the crimes committed by the Israeli army in the besieged territory, crimes that have reached the level of genocide. This proposal only deepened the suffering of Palestinians, blatantly violating international resolutions that affirm the refugees’ right to return and determine their own fate.
This was not merely a political stance but a flagrant violation of international law and human rights. In response, the Shield International Organization for Human Rights issued a strong statement urging the international community to uphold and implement UN resolutions related to the Palestinian cause, particularly Resolution 194, which explicitly affirms the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes and receive compensation for the damages they have suffered.

The right of return is not just a political demand; it is a firmly established legal right upheld by international legitimacy, particularly UN General Assembly Resolution 194, passed in 1948, which asserts the necessity of allowing Palestinian refugees to return to their homes. This right is non-negotiable and does not expire with time, as it is fundamentally linked to justice and human rights.
Historically, since its establishment, Israel has attempted to evade this resolution, benefiting from the political and military support it receives from major powers such as the United States. Nevertheless, international human rights organizations, including the Shield International Organization, have continuously demanded the implementation of this resolution as an essential part of any just and comprehensive solution to the Palestinian cause.
The generation that experienced the Nakba and witnessed the catastrophe of displacement and the loss of their homeland may have passed away, but the generations that followed have not forgotten. They still hold the keys to the homes that were demolished and the villages that were destroyed. These refugees have never abandoned their right; rather, they continue their peaceful and legal struggle in international forums, affirming that returning to their land is not just a dream but a legitimate right that cannot be erased or relinquished.
The Shield International Organization emphasizes that the ongoing Israeli occupation is the primary cause of instability and chaos in the Middle East. Israel’s policies of oppression, blockade, and settlement expansion—backed by certain major powers—are the real fuel for regional conflicts and a constant source of tension and unrest.
Shield International Organization’s Demands
In light of Israel’s continued violations and the international community’s failure to act, the Shield International Organization demands the immediate implementation of UN resolutions regarding the Palestinian cause, particularly Resolution 194, to ensure the refugees’ right to return. Additionally, the organization calls for:

Holding Israel accountable for crimes committed against Palestinian civilians, including war crimes and grave human rights violations.

Immediately lifting the blockade on Gaza and providing urgent humanitarian aid to the besieged population suffering from starvation and deprivation.
